I'm a certified Mindfulness Teacher, trained by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and recognised by the Mindfulness Teachers Association, the British Psychological Society, and the National Register of Psychotherapists and Counsellors.

Mindfulness has been at the heart of everything I do for over 20 years. Not as a technique I teach, but as a way I live. And that's what I want to share with you.

After 25 years in the corporate world I reached a point of real exhaustion. Not just tiredness. A deeper emptiness that told me something had to change.

Mindfulness was the turning point. Not an overnight fix, but a gradual, profound shift in the way I related to my life. It gave me tools that were simple, practical and quietly transformative.

And it led me to train formally as a Mindfulness Teacher so I could share what I had found with others.
