Sometimes, the things we hold on to end up holding us back.
I’m reading a book at the moment called goodbye, things. It explores the philosophy of living with less, drawing from Zen Buddhism to Steve Jobs.
Like most philosophies, I’ve found that somewhere in the middle feels like the right fit.
I’ve downsized twice in my life now, and honestly, I haven’t missed anything I ended up giving away.
There’s something powerful in the way letting go creates space - not just in our homes, but in our minds and lives too.
So perhaps this week, choose one thing. Pay it forward. Pass it on. Let it go.
And try not to rush to fill the space.
Best wishes,Ian
P.S. I’ve added a new group course that begins in June - it’s affordable, relaxed, and a space to explore what really matters. An ideal place to de clutter!
