I used to believe that overthinking and planning would help ease my anxiety, but they never did.
It turns out, the only thing that actually helped was doing something. Anything.
Anxiety thrives when we’re stuck, but even the smallest step forward can shift everything.
Movement creates momentum, and momentum brings clarity.
This week I encourage you to pick something that’s been troubling you, gently turn towards it, and take a step, however small, that begins to resolve it or even just loosens its grip.
You’ll be amazed at how quickly momentum builds.
